Outside Sales Professional

Seeking a star Sales Manager for business development.

Our ideal candidate is an energetic, integral and creative individual whose sales techniques will facilitate additional sales growth in our rapidly expanding PCB engineering and design firm.

Position Responsibilities:

• Able to improve DKB’s marketability and profitability through research, market identification and capitalization of market opportunities
• Develop sales/marketing strategies that identify new key potential industries
• Must be a skilled technology field sales professional with extensive sales knowledge in PCB and custom electronics
• Experience in creating territory plans, strategies, account qualifications and relationship building/maximization
• Exceptional technological negotiating skills to maximize profit margins

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven sales background in PCB engineering and custom electronics
• Team player but able to work independently
• Trustworthy
• Must have time-proven sales skills, track record
• Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter who is able to prioritize, multi-task and must understand sales process from beginning to end
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills: oral and written
• Must be able to travel and have a valid CA driver’s license
• Degree is a plus, but experience is an asset
